Our guarantees
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Two promises, so trying us costs you nothing and relying on us is safe. These are the full terms; they are part of our Terms of Service.
1. Your first month, or 100% of your money back. If you are not happy with us for any reason, write to us within 30 days of your first payment for a plan (if your first month was free through a referral, your first paid month), in Messages in your account or at hello@yousnapwepost.com, and we refund in full everything you paid us for your plan and monthly services in those 30 days. You do not have to give a reason. We send the refund to the card you paid with within 5 business days of your message (your bank may take a few more days to show it), and your plan ends at once. Posts that already went out stay on your accounts, and what we made for you is yours to keep, including the Meta Business Manager we set up with you. This guarantee is for a business's first plan with us, once. One-time services and packs have their own refund rules in our cancellation and refund policy.
2. Every post on its day, or that month's plan is refunded. Every post on your calendar that you approved, or that goes out on autopilot under your approval setting, goes out on the day it is scheduled for, in the time zone of your account, on every network it is scheduled for. If one does not because of us, we refund the price of your plan for that month. You do not have to ask: we check every post ourselves, send the refund to the card you paid with within 5 business days after the missed day, and let you know.
- The refund is your plan's price for one month: on a monthly plan, what you paid for the plan for that month; on a plan paid a year in advance, the yearly plan price divided by the number of months it covers. Monthly services, one-time services and packs are not part of it.
- A month here is a calendar month in your account's time zone. However many posts miss their day in a month, the refund is once for that month, and never more than you paid for your plan for that month.
- Not covered: a post still waiting for your approval, or one you asked us to change, move or cancel; an outage or a refusal on the network's side, for example when Instagram, Facebook or TikTok is down or does not accept the post; a post we cannot publish because access to your account was removed, has expired or was not given; and the time your service is paused because a payment did not go through.
Both guarantees come on top of your rights under the law and the rest of these terms.
