Terms of Service

Last updated: October 3, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Wirlik LLC (Wirlik LLC, 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, DE 19901, USA), the company that runs You Snap, We Post ("we", "us"). By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them.

1. What we do

We create social media posts from the photos, videos and information you give us, and we publish them on the social media accounts you ask us to post to. A post can be a photo, a set of photos, a graphic we design in the look of your brand, or a short video we edit from your clips. Your plan sets how many posts and stories we prepare in each billing month, how many of the posts can be short videos, and on how many networks we publish. Posts that are not used in a month do not carry over to the next one.

You can add optional monthly services to your plan: management of your advertising on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, replies to comments, messages and reviews, extra short videos, and a monthly strategy call. Each one is described, with its price, where you order it. You can also book video calls with our team to set up your accounts; missing a call costs nothing.

We also offer one-time services, for example setting up your Meta business account together with you on a call, designing a brand kit, refreshing your profiles, or making a promotional video. Each one is described where you order it, with its price and the time we need. A one-time service is a single job: it is charged once and does not renew.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to act for the business you sign up. Give us accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Your photos, videos and information

Everything you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store, edit, crop, combine, caption and publish it for the purpose of running the service for you. You confirm that:

  • you own the material or have the right to use it for marketing,
  • people who can be recognized in it agreed to appear in your marketing,
  • it is not illegal, misleading, hateful or infringing on someone else's rights.

The same applies to the logo, fonts, graphics and documents you add to your brand kit: they stay yours, and you confirm that you are allowed to use them in your marketing. A font you bought usually comes with a license; please check that it covers use by someone who works for you.

We may decline to use material that we believe breaks these rules or the rules of a social network.

4. Access to your social accounts

You authorize us to publish on your behalf on the accounts you connect or give us access to, and you can withdraw that access at any time. You remain the owner of your accounts and responsible for following each network's rules. We do not control the networks: we are not responsible for their outages, for changes in how many people see a post, or for actions they take against an account.

Where we reply to comments, messages or reviews for you, we answer from the information you gave us and pass on what we cannot answer. You remain responsible for what is said in the name of your business.

4a. Advertising

If you order ad management, we set up and run campaigns in your own ad account. Your advertising budget is charged by the ad platform (Meta, TikTok or Google) directly to your payment method. It is not part of our price and it never passes through us. You decide the budget and can change or stop it at any time. The numbers in our reports come from the ad platform. Ad platforms review every ad and may reject ads or restrict accounts under their own rules.

Ad management on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok is priced by size: each size covers a number of active campaigns, new ads a month and a monthly ad budget, as shown in your account. If your campaigns or your budget grow beyond your size, we tell you and start nothing beyond it until you choose a bigger size or agree a price with us.

5. Approving posts

You choose how approval works in your settings: we wait for your OK on every post, we publish at the scheduled time if we have not heard from you, or we publish without asking. You are responsible for what is published on your accounts. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we will correct or remove the post as quickly as we can.

6. Price, billing and renewal

Plans and optional services are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, through our payment provider Stripe. Your plan, and each optional service you added, renews automatically every month at the price shown when you ordered it, until you cancel. A service added in the middle of a month is charged for the rest of that month right away. You can also pay a year in advance: a yearly plan costs the monthly price of ten months for twelve, and a seasonal year costs the monthly price for each month you pick (the other months include the few posts shown when ordering). A yearly or seasonal plan renews automatically every year at the price shown when you ordered it, until you cancel, and the optional services on it are yearly too. About 20 days before every yearly renewal we e-mail you the amount and how to cancel. If a payment fails we will try again and may pause the service until it goes through. If we change the price of your plan or of a service you have, we tell you by e-mail no less than 7 and no more than 30 days before the new price applies to you, and we remind you how to cancel.

When you order, we ask you to agree to the monthly renewal, and we send you a confirmation you can keep. Once a year we also remind you by e-mail what you are subscribed to, what it costs and how to cancel.

You can pause your plan in Billing instead of canceling it: you then pay the pause price shown there and get the number of posts it includes, your account stays as it is, and you can return to a plan at any time (an upgrade is charged for the rest of the month).

Referrals and more locations. If you sign up through another customer's referral link, the first month of your plan is free (optional services are charged as usual). The customer who referred you gets a month of their own plan, up to the price of the plan you chose, as credit on their next bill once you have stayed with us for a month and paid for your plan. Another location of an existing customer, signed up through that customer's location link (meant only for the customer's own locations, up to ten), gets the discount on its plan shown when ordering, for as long as it runs. The referral offer is for a first subscription only. Offers cannot be combined and have no cash value. We may change or end them for new sign-ups at any time; what has been earned stays.

A one-time service is charged once, when you order it, to the payment method of your subscription, and you get a separate receipt for it. If that payment does not go through, the order is not placed and nothing else on your account changes.

7. Canceling

You can cancel online at any time in the Billing section of your account. Your plan then stays active until the end of the month (for a yearly or seasonal plan, the year) you have already paid for and does not renew. An optional service can be removed on its own, in Services: it comes off your bill at once and we keep providing it until the end of the month you have already paid for. A one-time service can be canceled with a full refund until we have started working on it. If you cannot log in, write to hello@yousnapwepost.com from the e-mail address of your account and we cancel for you. Details are in our cancellation and refund policy.

8. What we make for you

The posts, graphics and videos we prepare for you, and a brand kit we design for you, are yours to keep and reuse, also after your plan ends. We will not show your posts as examples of our work unless you have agreed to that.

9. No promise of results

We work to make your social media look active and professional. We cannot promise a number of followers, likes, leads, customers or sales, from posts or from advertising, because those depend on many things outside our control.

10. Ending the agreement

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts our service or other customers at risk, or stays unpaid.

11. Limits of our responsibility

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Your responsibility for your content

If someone brings a claim against us because of material you gave us or instructions you gave us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result from it.

12a. Copyright complaints

We respect the work of photographers and other creators. If you believe that something we stored or published for a customer copies your work without permission, send a notice to our copyright contact: Wirlik LLC, Wirlik LLC, 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, DE 19901, USA, e-mail hello@yousnapwepost.com. Please include:

  • your name and how to reach you,
  • which work is yours,
  • where the copy is (a link to the post or the page),
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that this use is not allowed by the owner, an agent of the owner or the law,
  • a statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner,
  • your signature (typing your full name is enough).

We take the material down promptly and tell the customer who gave it to us. Customers who repeatedly give us material they have no right to use lose their account.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by e-mail before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

15. Contact
