Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This policy explains what information You Snap, We Post, a service of Wirlik LLC (Wirlik LLC, 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, DE 19901, USA), collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, e-mail address and password (stored only as a one-way hash).
  • Business details: the name of your business, what it does, its website, time zone and the brand profile you fill in.
  • Your brand kit: the style, colors and fonts you choose, and the logo, fonts, graphics and documents you upload.
  • Your content: the photos, videos and notes you upload, and the messages and comments you send us. E-mails you write to us arrive in our service mailbox, where our team reads and answers them.
  • Social accounts: the names or addresses of the accounts you want us to post to, and whatever access you grant us to them.
  • Optional and one-time services: the answers you give us for a service you ordered (for example your advertising goal and budget, or what a promotional video should say), and the results we report back to you.
  • Calls: the time of a call you book with us and what you tell us it is about. Video calls take place in our own video room: picture and sound go directly between your browser and ours (through our own relay server when your network needs one) and are not stored. Only if you agree before joining, we record the sound of the call to write notes for your account. The recording is turned into text on our own server and deleted as soon as the text is ready (at the latest after 14 days, if that fails); a summary of the text is written with Anthropic's Claude AI model. You can say no and still have the call.
  • Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan, payment status and invoices, never your full card number.
  • Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, and the time of sign-ins (failed attempts too), uploads and changes in your account, kept for security. Our team can see which devices are signed in to your account and sign them out, for example when a phone is lost.

How we use it

  • to create, schedule and publish posts for your business,
  • to run your account and subscription and to answer your questions,
  • to send service e-mails: posts waiting for your approval, payment notices, reminders,
  • to write notes of a video call, only when you agreed to it before the call,
  • to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your photos or videos to train artificial intelligence models.

Who we share it with

  • The social networks and ad platforms you choose, when we publish your posts or run your ads there.
  • Service providers that help us run the service: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, our e-mail provider, and Anthropic, which writes the summary of a video call you agreed to have recorded (it receives the text of the call, never the recording). They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
  • Meta, only if you allowed our ad pixel (see Cookies below): which of our public pages you opened and whether you signed up or ordered, and with a sign-up or an order your e-mail address and name in hashed form.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

Where it is processed

Your information is processed in the United States and in the European Union, where our team and servers are located.

Cookies and our ad pixel

We use the cookies needed to keep you logged in and to keep the service secure. If you open a customer's referral or location link, we also keep that link's code in a cookie for 30 days, so the offer applies when you sign up.

Only if you allow it in the bar at the bottom of our pages, our public pages and the steps of signing up and picking a plan, up to the payment, use Meta's pixel to measure which of our ads bring visitors, sign-ups and orders. It sets Meta's cookies (such as _fbp) and tells Meta which of these pages you opened, with your browser and IP address, and the plan and amount of an order. Nothing loads before you answer, and never in your account area. You can change your answer any time with “Your privacy choices” at the bottom of our pages. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a no.

With the same permission, our server also tells Meta directly when you sign up, when you go on to pay for a plan and when that payment goes through, also when you pick a plan again after canceling (Meta's Conversions API), so the count stays right when a browser blocks the pixel. Each of these messages carries your e-mail address and name in hashed form (scrambled with SHA-256, not as readable text) and a hashed number of your account with us, so Meta can connect the event with an ad it showed you, plus your IP address, your browser's user agent (the browser's name and version and your device's operating system), Meta's cookie ids, and the plan and amount of the order. Payments for packs and one-time services inside your account are never reported. After a no, or with Global Privacy Control, our server sends nothing either.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and content while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your account, your uploaded files and your posts at any time by writing to hello@yousnapwepost.com, and we will do it within 30 days. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. The record of your agreement to a subscription (what you agreed to, when, and from which internet address) is kept for at least three years after the subscription ends, because US subscription laws ask us to be able to show it.

Security records are deleted on a schedule: sign-in records (with IP address and browser) after 180 days, the list of e-mails we sent you (address, subject and whether it went out) after one year, and technical error reports 90 days after the error last happened. The record of changes in your account (what changed, when and by whom) is kept as long as your account exists; when we delete your account, we delete it too, except the record of your agreement to a subscription described above.

The notes of a video call (the text and its summary) are kept while your account exists. You can ask us to delete them at any time, and they go when your account goes.

Your choices

  • You can see and correct your details in your account settings.
  • You can turn notification e-mails on and off in your settings.
  • You can ask for a copy of your information, or for its deletion, by writing to hello@yousnapwepost.com. Depending on where you live (for example in California) the law may give you additional rights; we honor such requests from every customer.

People in your photos

Photos and videos you upload may show your staff or customers. You are responsible for having their permission before you send us material in which they can be recognized.

Children

The service is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to hello@yousnapwepost.com and we delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by e-mail or in your account before the change takes effect.
